As is common within the aviation industry, a major customer started to demand they hold ISO / AS certification. The pressure and value of this customer meant that Milspares could not put it off any longer, and decided to go for AS 9120 certification.

They came to us and we identified Howard as the Qualitator who best met their needs.

Howard is extremely strict and highly pedantic – and everyone at Milspares loved him.

He slotted right in, becoming part of the team and worked in close partnership with the person responsible for quality at Milspares, essentially walking them through every aspect of the business — process by process — ensuring they were ready for assessment when the time came.

Milspares successfully achieved AS 9120 certification and got very positive feedback from the external assessor. He’d been particularly impressed with how quickly information he needed was obtained and Milspares had been able to answer all his questions.
